Return and Refunds

Absolute Gifts offers a 30-day return and refund policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized or customized items, gift cards, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order via email at absolutegiftsuk@gmail.com or by phone at +34 697 271 181. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return, and we will guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days and applied to your bank account. It may take some time for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if requested before the items are shipped. After dispatch, the standard return and refund policy applies. Contact our customer service team to cancel your order.

Shipping and Payments

At Absolute Gifts, we offer a speedy delivery service for our UK customers. Orders are delivered within 72 hours for a nominal fee of £1.95. Additionally, if your order subtotal reaches £45 or more, you qualify for free delivery.

For our international customers in the USA, Canada, and Europe, we provide efficient shipping services. Orders are expected to arrive within 7 to 10 days at a flat rate of £11.95. Free delivery is also available for orders over £45.

After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey. This allows you to stay updated on the status of your delivery at all times.

Absolute Gifts accepts payment via credit or debit card, including VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, and SOLO. We also accept secure payments through PayPal. Please note that all payments must be made in £GBP.

If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your delivery address, please contact our dedicated customer service team as soon as possible. We prioritize customer satisfaction and will assist you promptly to make the necessary adjustments.
